Tai Chi“Toolbox” v.2
Stop Managing Symptoms. Start Rebuilding Your Foundation.
Many people spend years — and thousands of dollars — chasing relief.
• Chronic back, neck, or joint pain that never fully resolves
• Poor balance and fear of falling
• Stiffness and loss of mobility
• Ongoing stress and nervous system overload
• Temporary relief from therapy, chiropractic, or acupuncture — only for symptoms to return
Twelve-week rehab programs end. Weekly appointments become routine. Progress plateaus.
The underlying structural imbalance often remains unaddressed.
At $100 per session, one year of weekly physical therapy, chiropractic care, or acupuncture can cost nearly $4,800 out of pocket — and that’s if you go only once per week. Many people go more often.
The real cost, however, isn’t just financial.
It’s time.
It’s energy.
It’s dependence on appointments with dramatic increases in healthcare costs in the USA.
It’s frustration from recurring pain.
A Different Approach: Build the Structure That Eliminates the Problem
This training toolbox was originally developed for U.S. Veterans as a guided video system to eliminate the most common pain issues of incoming patients without pharmaceutical drugs and to restore physical balance, increase mobility, and reduce stress.
Instead of repeatedly treating symptoms, this program addresses root causes:
• Structural misalignment
• Poor weight distribution and gait mechanics
• Weak internal support and postural collapse
• Chronic muscular tension patterns
• Disconnection between mind and body
Through structured daily practice (15–30 minutes, five days per week), students:
✔ Release deep muscular tension
✔ Improve balance and coordination
✔ Restore natural joint alignment
✔ Increase mobility without strain
✔ Strengthen internal support and stability
✔ Regulate the nervous system and reduce stress
✔Letting go and “melting” trauma in the body and mind
The result is not temporary relief — it is long term structural change and personal transformation.
Save Time. Save Money. Save and Build Energy.
Instead of commuting to appointments indefinitely, you build a system you own training on your own convenience.
Instead of relying on external adjustments, you learn to self-correct.
Instead of paying thousands each year for maintenance, you make a one-time investment and gain lifetime access.
Over the course of a year, consistent practice creates:
• Stronger structural integrity
• Increased confidence in movement
• Reduced fear of falling
• Improved emotional resilience
• Greater independence in managing your health
After approximately one year of dedicated training, practitioners are prepared to “enter the door” of Yang Style Taijiquan, progressing into deeper energetic cultivation and — for those interested — the martial aspects of the art.

Investment & Commitment
The investment for the lifetime course is $3,000.
This is not a quick certification or a weekend workshop. The material is structured to unfold over approximately five years of committed practice. Internal power takes time to cultivate. There are no shortcuts.
Included in your enrollment:
Lifetime access to all course materials
Ongoing monthly content updates and refinements
One live coaching call per month for the first five years (60 total coaching calls)
These coaching calls provide structure, accountability, technical clarification, and course correction. They are designed to keep you aligned with the method and prevent the subtle deviations that slow most practitioners down.
This training is geared toward serious practitioners who want to make a meaningful investment in their development and be part of a committed training community. There is less hand-holding here. Progress requires discipline.
Each section includes suggested minimum practice hours. Skill development cannot be guaranteed without putting in the time — and the bitter work. Internal arts demand consistency, humility, and patience.
Students are strongly encouraged to film their practice and submit videos for review. This allows for personalized corrections, accountability, and refinement — critical elements for real progress.
In my experience, most students require significant time to properly process and embody even the most foundational practices — such as standing neigong, maintaining structure, and internal/external alignment. Two years is not uncommon just to reliably remember and apply basic instructions.
The instructions are simple. The work is not.
Students often forget key details or unconsciously invent their own variations, which leads to stagnation and wasted effort. The advantage of this course is that you always have recorded guidance to return to. You can recalibrate, correct yourself, and continue moving forward with clarity.
If you are ready to commit — not casually, but seriously — this training is for you.
Thank you, and best in training,
